Dialog between cultures

First of all I've got to say that we who works in the field of cinema and film always are in the background, behind the camera and we ask some question from people and we listen, so I think one of the hardest jobs in the world is presentation. I am jealous with theatre players that how they play a role in front of 1000 body, anyway I don't have such talent!!

I think it's time to talk about my specific subject that is "culture's negotiation by cinema".

I believe seventh art is the most impressive and expanded art nowadays around the world, although we saw daily improve of internet and electronic networks, but we know influence of a film or documentary film in TV is much more than that. That's the reason why seventh art or cinema art named most completed art.

We can say, create digital system and omit complicated acts in process of film producing, is a revolution in art industry within these years, so it reflected on attention of viewers.

We accept cinema and shot art is important in extend of moralities or boycott a culture or idea, because we said about its rule before. Abas Karostami: a famous Iranian director in an interview in cinema radio told that: a good film named a film that when you leave cinema after some minutes suddenly you start analyzing about the film and players, play all sequence and action and...

So a good film impressed in the mind of viewers for long period of time, for an instance in sure most of us imagined our dreams at the shape of Arnold or Rocky during 1980, like these things always happened in majority or little field.

We know these kinds of influences is directly related to social knowledge and culture with new challenges in the world, culture of human being will be changed to search, fast read, go to the other work, this kind of people don't want to read a book at the end of it, cause he can surf the net and find his object, fast approach. He forced to believe what ever he saw , he is not in mood for search and chooses. May be I can tell you an important news and that is the fact of monopolization. Daily we surrounded by different information and they lie to us. We have to expect for big information explosion at the moment.

One of these weapons is film, that the owners of worldwide Medais did understand the power of this weapon. Normal viewers feel all things in cinema or correct and believable, and even if he smart at last didn't feel hesitated about the base of film. What am I talking about, is too obvious in daily TV news.

About TV documentary films that have millions of viewers, the power is too sensitive and serious, means you can use it correct manner it very shamelessly. Like one of the most famous director, that unfortunately I forgot his name, said "if you want to be a successful director, you must have the ability to make others believe your lie in a simple manner, and forced them to cry for this lie".

When never you think about this side of the fact, you find it more horrible. Cause group of people know what we show them as blood, it is food color, or even though Arnold dead in last section, he will return with coat and trousers and Papillion in this film again. But this group when watch a documentary film, impressed too much whatever he saw. Because he though all things are real and evidence. I myself who produce more than 10 documentary films, believe in that documentary film does not exist cause real fact and what really happened, newer shows in films even documentary one, and reality is just exist hidden cameras, in order hand we remake the documentary one,. But with all those things, I'm still saying seventh art has important role in shaping people's mind around the world and films can create or cause action.

The peace is one of the most beautiful words in the world and we unfortunately go far away from peace more and more. Near and far we see and bloodshed everyday. I remember on of my friends told me in Sofia; after this I just to listen to weather news in TV, because others are just about killing, kidnapping, war, take hostages.

It's some years that talking about peace is out of reach, with nowadays conditions, unfortunately I don't have illuminate idea about world's peace, cause huge powers or particularity huge power that play the rule of godfather of all nations, for no reason excuse like fight against terrorism or make democracy, bring their armies though those countries and innocent condemned to death they were Muslims and children became orphan.

In this world that there is no negotiation about those things, I believe cinema and film van be effective. It is our human being duty to walk in this way. Cause produce a good film as an international peace contract and inverse, an anti-peace film can effect like a T90 tank. I rather not to be a leader of a T90 tank, in world's peace destiny.

Talk about peace culture that these days are so necessary for nations, is one of the most beautiful discussions. For improvement of peace, we have to analyze its definition word peace comes from Latin, the root world is "pasisi". In these years and in different countries have been changed meaning of it peace has 2 limits, one in society without war, and other aspect is real happiness and success in that society. Kant has a sentence about peace" the peace is low of nature, that can be reached among time. We can say peace is people relation, by respect to beliefs and differences in cultures negotiation is the main part of peace and cinema beginning of the millennium, started with a theory of Mohammad Khatami, president of Iran about cultures negotiation that its opposite of the theory of Hunington,based on relation with peace. So united nation, named 2001 by culture's negotiation. Like Koochiro Matsure, UNESCO general secretary we know, cultures, negotiation has direct relation with peace. First of all we have to begin talking in our homes, we have to teach our children and also learn how to make relation with grand mom/grand pa, to tolerating each other. It is a big real fact is even in little problems we don't have the ability to respect other ideas and this problem iv vast field course wars and challenges...agree or disagree, use his power to force them act as he like. God told us: you are the master piece of creation and I teach you how to talk, that other creatures don't have this ability. So why we didn't use this talent? Jack Deloze who is an inspector in UNESCO said at his present: we have to change some parts of this year's message, change "education" to "education about living together".

OK, don't lose the main propose of speech.

Teach culture of peace by cinema and film is important. It is a theory, cause we act, more than talking. May be some day talk about world peace commission. Although we must keep this point in mind that most of policy man round the world, didn't think like me and you. One of the secrets of existence of many powers, and governments base on fighting to others ...so overcome on their beliefs, doesn't seem to be easy. I myself believe cinema and film is most important and effective element in teaching peace and living in peace together and in this sensitive conditions, I just say: the duty of each free director or product or is paying attention to this problem, in other side of the world, new government know about cinema power, and made different films about war, silly reasons for why we armed to another country for creating democracy...to convince people : hey humans! Follow our goals and believe whatever we done have best benefit.

Play partially films about IRAQ's war in Europe, confused native people. Everyday we saw semi-army group killed lots of people, it is really like this? I know that real fact isn't just this. Cause I am coming from a country in Middle East and this country because of having major reserves of oil, always among its history faces with different wars and arguments. I felt war by each cell of my body and during the war I understood dirty police games, And after some years I understand the power of monopolization on TVs and other west networks. So I promise you a fast is not just you see.

Ambro Biens said: peace for policy means is just a break for preparing to another ear. I repeat again; In complicated atmosphere of world now, I have duty because of my religion, Islam, that one of its meaning is peace, to produce films by meaning of peace, to did something in making nations, be friends.

From the beginning of creating cinema, authors and directors had special attention referred to action in war, its motivation and some other things, these aspects of war convert it to a dramatic subject for us and viewer. During the time producers recognize the benefits of peace and they make films about that. The number of films by peace subject, was little those days, one of them was "born of a nation (1915). On that period, may be we can say the first film was a short one "named" princes by Robert Poll in 1898. In this film we saw a soldier run away from war, after first war and horrible results of it, for example 8 million people killed, and half of Europe ruined, after that directors began to produce films about part of Europe and vagrants people.

Film directed by Louis Milestone in 1930, may be is one of the most anti-war films .The story of film said that about war between Germany and France, and analyzing the situation of their armies. On that time Germany was preparing to attend in other war, so this film never played on Germany.

United Kingdom that thought next aim of Germany, produce an imaginary film named "What is Going On", in 1936 and tried to show the awful aspect of war, people who will kill, illnesses and ...John Renevar also defense peace and direct, and told I always though repeating a war in Europe is an imagination, but we know with these affairs at last another war happened.

After 1945 and USA atomic bombard to Japan, there was no platform for talking about friendship and peace, and world convert to 2 region, west and east, so cold war began continue up to now. During these days, many directors try to break atmosphere in with a philosophical view analyze the atomic war and destroy of the earth in other side, some others like John Berry in USA critic about war accept lost in Vietnam war.

In Europe and Asia some groups like hippies and others, about 1970 did some peaceable actions among this actions, European directions had effective role till in 1992 in Can Festival, issued an agreement named "90 cinema" means a cinema without limits and boarder. This let producers and directors to go after peace, and better subject without attention to their own cultures, go though other nation surf the world and bring new for all people around the world.

I think this agreement is following what marshal Mack Losan and name it world village and the end of it its cultures negotiation that president Khatami suggested and complete it.

I always remember golden sentence of Sayed Hassan Nasre one of Islamic famous face that he said" We have a problems with each other about everything, except how to destroy the world".

All of us understand that wars didn't end it got a bad and dangerous view. We know in Balkan here in Sarajevo, such a fatal bombard take place, how many people killed in Bosnia, armies cut head of an one year old child the crime was to be Muslim, he never had time to recognize who is Muslim, even in Iraq, even now a days, children can't go to school, cause they frighten may be they cannot comeback to home, if there is a home, like in a Sudan an and about Palestine I don't have anything to say, so we have war right now but don't have world's peace yet.

I think film and cinema art as a public media and am effective one with correct programming, in continuing actions among the years with producing fiction films and documentary ones about peace culture of living together in peace, can do best action for reaching correct peace culture an all around the world.

And don't forget : its better before saying our opinion, just think to other's dialogue for a moment, may be he is right.
